2012 Recap: 10-1 (5-0 Pacific, 1st)
Under previous head coach Frank Henry, the Army-Navy Academy posted the winningest football season in school history. The Pacific League champions were one of only two teams in the San Diego section to finish the regular season unbeaten. Unfortunately their historic run ended with a 41-21 loss to Calipatria in the first round of the Division V playoffs.
Early Outlook
Not only will Army-Navy be getting a new head coach this season, they will also have a brand new $10 million dollar sports complex to call home. Former Kearny assistant Tim Mitchell brings 20 years of coaching experience to the table and will inherit a solid foundation of talent. The Warriors should be favored to repeat as Pacific League champions, but the real challenge will be winning their first playoff game since 2008.
