BALBOA STADIUM (03/16/13) The defending NPSFL champion San Diego Enforcers (1-0) opened the 2013 season with a 24-14 win over the Los Angeles Heat (0-1). The Enforcers return to Balboa Stadium on April 6th to take on the Charlotte Cobras.
