Laramie, Wyoming (War Memorial Stadium)
Last Meeting: October 29th, 2011 - Wyoming 30, SDSU 27
In 13 years as members of the Mountain West Conference, the San Diego State Aztecs (8-3; 6-1 MWC) have never won its football championship. That could change this Saturday with a win in their last regular season game before moving to the Big East in 2013. It would be their 19th conference title in school history and their first since winning a share of the WAC championship in 1998.
Standing in the way are the Wyoming Cowboys (4-7; 3-4 MWC), a team with nothing to lose and a recent history of upsetting the Aztecs. The Cowboys are currently riding a three-game win streak after losing seven of their first eight games.
